Dialing Instructions - Access Numbers

1. Dial Access Number. You can view the current list of countries with access numbers at "call rates" page.

2. Enter your PIN number if required. If you make calls from the same phone all the time you may use "go pinless" option.

Configure your phone number on "TELEPHONY"->"options"->"go pinless & callback" page.

3. Enter your destination number. Country code + phone number. Do NOT enter any international dialing prefix.

For your favorite telephone numbers you may use speed dial. This option should be configured first on "TELEPHONY"->"options"->"speed dial" page.

You may use "*" to interrupt current call and make another call without disconnecting from access number.

Ada yang lebih menyayat hati dengan apa yang kebetulan gw temuin di Kaskus pagi ini, Rekaman CVR Black Box Adam Air’ yang hilang di laut dan tak meninggalkan seseorang pun untuk bercerita kepada khalayak. Sungguh menyayat hati! Saya tak kuasa membayangkan suasana histris dalam pesawat, kalo Pilot dan Copilot saja sehisteris itu, bagaimana dengan penumpangnya?! … Innalillaahi Wainnailaihi Roji’uunnn ..

Sekedar temen-temen ketahui, Blackbox, peralatan kunci yang dijadikan rujukan analisis penyebab kecelakaan pesawat terdiri dari dua bagian (Ini sih, kata dosen guwe dulu waktu kuliah) :

FDR (Flight Data Recorder), yang merekam kondisi penerbangan: ketinggian, kecepatan, temperatur, and so on …
CVR (Cocpit Voice Recorder), yang merekam pembicaraan pilot dan copilot. Nah,.. kalo rekan-rekan kepingin tahu seberapa histeris kondisi saat itu, silakan download file-nya disini. Untuk Maz Mbelgedez,…. anda benar dan saya juga tahu bahwa data black-box bukan untuk konsumsi umum. OLeh karena itu, sekali lagi saya tekankan bahwa saya hanya memperoleh dari internet (kaskus), dan saya jelas tidak menjamin keabsahannya. Ya eya, lah … gimana gw bisa kasih jaminan, orang gw bukan orang KNKT ?!
Oleh karena itu, postingan ini tidak untuk dijadikan rujukan kebenaran dalam kejadian kecelakaan Adam Air tersebut.
Bagi yang menginginkan kebenaran yg lebih dekat, tentunya rekaman ini harus di croscek dengan FDR (Flight Data Recorder). Secara logik, harus saling memberikan kebenaran yang sejalan. Misal: kalo menurut rekaman suara itu pesawat ’sepertinya’ jatuh menghempas, maka harus ada rekaman ketinggian pesawat yg menurun tajam. Sebaliknya, kalo meledak di udara, pasti rekaman akhir data ketiggiannya pada posisi ketiggian.

This is one of the most original April fools gags I've seen. [Garrett] sent in his USB caps locker. It's built from an ATTiny45 and puts out an intermittent signal to set the caps lock key. Considering what day it is, it appears to be legit. After you're done screwing with your co-worker for the day, you might be even more interested in the easylogger project that it's based on.

Port Scanning untuk Melihat Kondisi Target di Internet

Dalam melakukan hacking jarak jauh (remote), langkah paling awal yang harus dilakukan sebelum proses hacking dilakukan adalah melihat servis yang diberikan oleh server / target di Internet. Dalam konsep jaringan komputer klien-server, setiap program / servis akan menempati sebuah port dalam tatanan protokol TCP (Transmission Control Protocol). Sebagai gambaran kombinasi port-program/servis yang cukup familiar dengan pengguna umum Internet adalah:
25 smtp server
80 web server
110 pop server
Cara paling sederhana untuk melihat status servis pada server target di Internet adalah menggunakan software port scanner seperti nmap di Linux yang dibuat oleh fyodor@insecure.org.
Nmap di rancang untuk memungkinkan seorang sistem administrator atau perorangan yang iseng untuk melakukan scan jaringan yang besar, melihat mesin yang sedang beroperasi & servis yang mereka berikan. Cukup banyak teknik scan yang diberikan oleh nmap seperti UDP, TCP connect(), TCP SYN (half open), ftp proxy (bounce attack), Reverse-ident, ICMP (ping sweep), FIN, ACK sweep, Xmas Tree, SYN sweep, dan Null scan. Di samping itu, nmap juga memberikan banyak fitur seperti remote OS detection via TCP/IP fingerprinting, stealth scanning, kalkulasi dynamic delay & retransmission, parallel scanning, detection of down hosts via parallel pings, decoy scanning, port filtering detection, direct (non-portmapper) RPC scanning, fragmentation scanning, dan spesifikasi yang flexible dari target & port.
Saya kebetulan menggunakan Linux Mandrake 8.0 di komputer Pentium 133MHz di rumah. Linux Mandrake 8.0 menyediakan nmap dalam distribusinya. Port scanner nmap dapat digunakan menggunakan command line (di ketik di promt $ atau #) atau menggunakan grafik interface di Linux. Saya sendiri lebih suka menggunakan command line, karena kita dapat mengontrol lebih banyak parameter.

Tampak diantara ke tiga (3) situs di atas, ibank.klikbca.com merupakan situs yang palings serius pertahanannya. Bahkan oleh nmap yang melakukan stealth probe gagal untuk melihat port yang aktif di ibank.klikbca.com (sebetulnya port 443 terbuka di ibank.klikbca.com).
http://www.telkom.co.id/ merupakan situs yang termasuk paling parah pertahanannya, demikian banyak port yang terbuka di Internet sehingga membuat kita berfikir apakah betul ini Telkom yang hebat itu? Koq sampai demikian ceroboh? Atau di sengaja? Entahlah.
http://www.detik.com/ cukup baik hanya membuka penuh port 80 (Web) dan 22 (SSH); di samping ada beberapa port lain yang beroperasi tapi tertutup bagi umum di Internet untuk mengakses-nya.
Cara menjalankan nmap juga tampak relatif sederhana, menggunakan format
# nmap [tipe scan] [option] nama-target-mesin
Jika PC anda tersambung ke Internet, maka port scanning akan dijalankan secara otomatis oleh nmap & menampilkan hasil seperti tampak di atas.
Ada beberapa tipe scan yang sering digunakan untuk melihat port nama saja yang terbuka dari ribuan port; beberapa perintah yang ada seperti, -sT, -sF, -sR dsb. Yang sering saya gunakan adalah:
-sS - TCP SYN scan: teknik ini kadang di sebut "half-open" scanning, karena anda tidak membuka penuh hubungan TCP. Jika di responds dengan SYNACK maka port berarti terbuka. Bila responds berupa RST menunjukan servis tidak jalan. Pada saat SYNACK di terima, nmap akan meresponds dengan RST. Dengan teknik ini, sedikit situs yang akan mencatat scanning yang dilakukan. Hal ini di sebut stealth scannning.
Ada banyak option yang mengatur cara kerja nmap, beberapa yang sering saya gunakan misalnya:
-P0 – tidak melakukan ping ke target, untuk menghindari kita terlihat oleh target.
-f - menggunakan potongan paket kecil-kecil (fragmented) agar sulit di deteksi oleh software pendeteksi penyusup.
-v – verbose mode, untuk melihat hasil antara proses scan pada layar.
-O – mencoba menebak sistem operasi yang digunakan oleh mesin target.

Untuk melihat penjelasan lengkap berbagai pilihan yang ada di nmap, ada baiknya membaca manual nmap yang dapat diperoleh dengan men-tik
$ man nmap
di prompt Linux.
Setelah kita mengetahui port / servis yang dijalankan di mesin target, kita perlu mengetahui jenis software untuk servis tersebut. Dan mencoba membaca-baca di situs underground kelemahan software tersebut, sukur-sukur kalau kita menemukan eksploit software tersebut. Biasanya eksploit yang tersedia perlu di compile menggunakan compiler C.
Perlu di ingat & di pahami proses hacking akan terdiri dari empat (4) langkah utama yaitu:
Step 1: Memperoleh akses ke situs.
Step 2: Menghack root.
Step 3: Menutupi bekas-bekas anda.
Step 4: Membuat backdoor untuk menjaga account.
Kita baru mencapai Step 0, usaha untuk membuka akses ke situs. Perjalanan masih lama & membutuhkan banyak waktu & proses belajar.

The movie shows a selection of Suras from the Qur'an, interspersed with newspaper clippings and media clips. The movie is accompanied by music from the Peer Gynt suite by Edvard Grieg, specifically Aase's Death (Aase is the mother of Per in the play written by Henrik Ibsen).

The movie starts with a warning, stating that the movie contains "very shocking images". During the title screen, a book is subsequently opened that resembles the Qur'an. A page in the book contains a widely-known cartoon from the Danish cartoonist Kurt Westergaard, showing the Prophet Muhammad with a bomb on his head. Next to the cartoon, a timer starts counting down from 15 minutes.

The first Sura is introduced, accompanied with Qur'anic recital and translated subtitles (the film is available in English and Dutch, among other languages).

Suras are juxtaposed to video clips of Imams stating Islamic teaching, and videos of violent atrocities committed in the name of Islam, including major terrorist attacks. The source for the English translations is unstated.

Al-Anfal, the first Sura of the film, is translated as: "Prepare for them whatever force and cavalry ye are able of gathering, to strike terror, to strike terror into the hearts of the enemies, of Allah and your enemies." Footage of the 9/11 attacks against the USA is shown, followed by the Madrid train bombings. An Imam declares, "Allah is happy when non-muslims get killed."

The next Sura, An-Nisa, is shown as a justification for Islamic antisemitism. An Imam raising a sword declares: "A Jew is hiding behind me, come and cut off his head. And we shall cut off his head! By Allah, we shall cut it off! Oh Jews! Allahu Akbar! Jihad for the sake of Allah!" An auditorium of several hundred people respond with approving chants and fist shaking.

Following this, a three year old Muslim girl, named Basmallah, calls Jews "apes and pigs" during an interview on Saudi Arabian television channel, Iqra TV^[7]. More antisemitism is shown by another Imam, who states: "The Jews are Jews. They are the ones who must be butchered and killed." Child soldiers are shown uniformed and holding guns.

Still pictures of demonstrators holding banners declaring "God Bless Hitler" and "Be Prepared For the Real Holocaust" are shown.

Sura 47, Verse 4 is shown in relation to the murder of Dutch film director Theo Van Gogh, committed by Mohammed Bouyeri. Bouyeri is reported as saying: "If I had the opportunity to get out of prison, and I had the opportunity to do it again, what I did on November 2nd, Allah I would have done exactly the same." Protesters are shown supporting Van Gogh's murder, warning others to heed lessons or "pay with your blood".

Dutch newspaper headlines are reproduced, outlining intimidating threats of murder to prominent questioners of Islam, followed by footage of Jack Hensley's beheading. Hensley's decapitated head is shown held up by Al-Qaeda terrorists.

Sura 4 is heard, and is used to demonstrate Islam's Ummah ideal. The Sura is translated here as: "They but wish that ye should reject faith, as they do, and thus be on the same footing as they, so take not friends from their ranks until they flee in the way of Allah. But if they turn renegades, seize them and kill them wherever ye find them, and take no friends or helpers from their ranks." This is shown through a Vox pop: "If someone converts to Christianity, he deserves the death penalty."

An Imam declares: "Islam is (more) superior than the Jews, than the Christians, than the Buddhists, than the Hindus. The only (law) Allah accepts is Islam."

The final Suma shown is Sura 8, verse 39: "Fight them until there is no dissension, and the religion is entirely Allah's." This reinforces the previous segment, with Imams delivering proclamations of Islamic superiority to followers:

"Islam is a religion that wants to rule the world. It has done so before and eventually will rule it again."

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, of Iran, states:

Jakarta - Untuk kesekian kalinya emosi umat Islam terpancing dengan pembuatan film kontroversial 'Fitna'. Pemerintah Belanda harus menghentikan peredaran itu, jika tidak film itu betul-betul akan menjadi fitnah.
"Kita minta film itu untuk tidak diputar karena pemerintah Belanda sendiri sudah menyesalkan film itu. Kalau tidak film itu justru akan menjadi fitnah bagi umat Islam," ujar Ketua MPR Hidayat Nurwahid di Gedung DPR, Senayan, Jakarta, Jumat (28/3/20080.
Menurut Hidayat, Belanda telah menyalahi prinsip kebebasan berekspresi yang dibuatnya sendiri. Yaitu kebebasan berekspresi tanpa menyinggung atau mendiskreditkan nilai-nilai agama. Apalagi PBB sudah mengeluarkan resolusi yang mengecam kebebasan berekspresi yang menyinggung agama.
Pemerintah Belanda, lanjut Hidayat, harus bersikap tegas terhadap film itu. "Jangan berlindung di balik kebebasan ekspresi. Jika tidak, ini akan memicu terjadinya pertentangan antarperadaban," imbuh dia.
Luka Lama
Hidayat juga mengingatkan agar Belanda yang pernah menjajah Indonesia selama 3,5 abad tidak membuka luka lama. Dengan munculnya dan dibiarkannya film itu, menurut Hidayat, dapat membuka luka lama sejarah Belanda yang pernah menjajah Indonesia.
"Belanda tidak perlu mengkorek-korek luka lama. Dia menjajah Indonesia 3,5 abad dan Indonesia adalah negeri muslim terbesar di dunia. Film itu bisa menimbulkan reaksi umat Islam di negeri ini. Jangan mengadu domba warga dunia," pungkasnya.

Jaringan komputer terus mengalami perkembangan, baik dari skalabilitas, jumlah
node dan teknologi yang digunakan. Hal ini memerlukan pengelolaan jaringan yang baik
agar ketersediaan jaringan selalu tinggi. Tugas pengelolaan jaringan yang dilakukan
administrator jaringan memiliki banyak permasalahan, diantaranya yang berkaitan
dengan keamanan jaringan komputer.
Penyusupan (intrusion) adalah seseorang yang berusaha merusak atau
menyalahgunakan sistem, atau setiap usaha yang melakukan compromise
integritas,kepercayaan atau ketersediaan suatu sumberdaya komputer [2]. Definisi ini
tidak bergantung pada sukses atau gagalnya aksi tersebut, sehingga berkaitan dengan
suatu serangan pada sistem komputer.
Intrusion detection (ID) singkatnya adalah usaha mengidentifikasi adanya penyusup
yang memasuki sistem tanpa otorisasi (misal cracker) atau seorang user yang sah tetapi
menyalahgunakan (abuse) privelege sumberdaya sistem ( misal insider threath) [24].
Intrusion Detection System (IDS) atau Sistem Deteksi Penyusupan adalah sistem
komputer (bisa merupakan kombinasi software dan hardware) yang berusaha melakukan
deteksi penyusupan [23}. IDS akan melakukan pemberitahuan saat mendeteksi sesuatu
yang dianggap sebagai mencurigakan atau tindakan ilegal. IDS tidak melakukan
pencegahan terjadinya penyusupan. Pengamatan untuk melakukan pemberitahuan itu
bergantung pada bagaimana baik melakukan konfigurasi IDS.
Software Agent (selanjutnya disebut agent saja) adalah entitas perangkat lunak yang
didedikasikan untuk tujuan tertentu [21]. Agen bisa memiliki ide sendiri mengenai

London - Para hacker sering mencoba membobol situs-situs penting untuk membuktikan keahliannya. Kali ini, seorang hacker sukses melumpuhkan situs milik para ahli komputer profesional di Inggris.

Situs F3.org milik First Forensic Forum yang adalah asosiasi pakar komputer profesional Inggris kena hack. Momentum peristiwa ini secara kebetulan atau memang benar-benar direncanakan terjadi setelah berlangsungnya rapat dua hari organisasi ini.

Pelaku penyerangan memposting pesan untuk mengejek organisasi tersebut. " Situs F3 dibajak. Apa yang sedang terjadi di dunia ini? Tiadakah keamanan atau bagaimana?," demikian tulis hacker yang menamakan dirinya S4udi-S3curity-T3rror tersebut.

Seperti dikutip detikINET dari TheRegister, Jumat (9/11/2007), seluruh halaman muka situs dipermak oleh sang dedemit dunia maya ini. Selain pesan hinaan tersebut, juga terdapat sosok kehitaman di depan sebuah pintu di samping kata hacked.

Serangan hacker ini terasa ironis karena organisasi First Forensic Forum yang didirikan sejak berpuluh tahun lampau ini adalah lembaga nirlaba yang mengurusi kriminalitas melalui sarana komputer. Dalam pernyataannya, misi F3 adalah untuk menyediakan forum terbuka bagi praktisi komputer untuk berbagi ilmu melalui diskusi ataupun pelatihan.

Situs mereka yang di hack ini dibuat tahun 2005. Halaman web yang lain selain halaman muka yang telah dipermak bisa diakses secara normal. Belum dijelaskan apa motif hacker yang satu ini. Namun dengan keahliannya, ia ternyata mampu 'menaklukkan' situs para ahli komputer. ( fyk / fyk )

Hacker Dunia Berpesta di Las Vegas

KONFERENSI tahunan para hacker (seniman komputer) Black Hat digelar di Las Vegas, AS, pada 28 Juli–2 Agustus. Selanjutnya, para hacker akan melanjutkan dengan pesta sekuriti DefCon pada 3–5 Agustus, juga di Las Vegas.

Pertemuan para hacker utama dunia tersebut diperkirakan akan mengungkap kelemahan-kelemahan baru keamanan komputer. Tidak tanggung-tanggung, para hacker berjanji akan menguak kelemahan-kelemahan sistem operasi terbaru Microsoft Windows Vista,dan bahkan Apple Leopard, yang akan dirilis pada Oktober. Apple iPhone dan situs MySpace juga tidak luput dari incaran para hacker.

Penyelenggara Black Hat mengungkapkan, paling sedikit 20 kelemahan baru akan dikuak pada Black Hat 2007.Di samping itu, Black Hat juga akan memperkenalkan serangkaian tool (aplikasi) baru untuk memanfaatkan berbagai kelemahan tersebut. ”Apabila seorang ahli komputer berbicara, maka Anda harus menafsirkan maknanya untuk masa depan.Perusahaan dan lembaga pemerintahan sudah paham. Karena itu, mereka bersiap menghadapi Black Hat,” papar pendiri Black Hat Jeff Moss.

Kendati frasa Black Hat memiliki konotasi negatif dalam dunia komputer,yakni merujuk pada hacker jahat yang suka mengobrak-abrik sistem komoperasi puter, sebagian besar peserta konferensi Black Hat adalah hacker White Hat (aliran putih), profesional industri komputer, dan pejabat pemerintahan.

Buronan dan penjahat cyber tidak akan berani menampakkan diri di konferensi Black Hat karena konferensi tersebut dipenuhi agen rahasia dan petugas penegak hukum.Kepala Badan Analisis Kelemahan/ NSA (National Security Agency) AS Tony Sager bahkan memberikan sambutan pembuka dan sejumlah polisi cyber federal AS memimpin berbagai forum yang membahas ancaman.

”Black Hat mendiskusikan banyak hal. Dunia sekuriti, termasuk botnet,spam,dan perang cyber banyak mengalami perubahan dalam lima tahun ter- akhir,”tandas Moss.Botnet adalah jaringan komputer yang dikendalikan hacker jahat untuk melakukan penyerangan. Hacker jahat menanam program jahat (malicious code) ke dalam komputer tanpa sepengetahuan pengguna yang sah.

Komputer yang terinfeksi kemudian menjadi zombie, yang kemudian digunakan hacker aliran hitam untuk melakukan serangan online. Salah satu bentuknya adalah spam. Praktisi sekuriti AS Gadi Evron menilai, perang cyber terus-menerus terjadi. Yang terbaru adalah serangan besarbesaran terhadap jaringan komputer Estonia pada awal tahun. Evron adalah anggota tim pemulihan pascaperang Internet tersebut.

”Seperti yang terjadi di Estonia,perang cyber pada saat ini menjadi semakin canggih dan terkoordinasi,” ujar Moss. Topik panas lain di Black Hat adalah cara penggalian data dan penguasaan akses tak terbatas terhadap halaman-halaman situs jaringan sosial seperti MySpace dan Flickr.

Para ahli sekuriti juga menjelaskan kelemahan-kelemahan ponsel eksotis iPhone, termasuk kelemahan web browser Safari, yang mampu membuka pintu penyusupan malicious code ke dalam iPhone. Hacker Bantu Netter Pecundangi Sensor Internet?

Hactivismo, sebuah kelompok bawah tanah beranggotakan hacker berkemampuan tinggi merilis rencana untuk menyediakan software gratis agar netter tidak dibatasi aksesnya di negara yang menerapkan sensor.

Software intinya memiliki fungsi agar netter bisa mengakses web tanpa terlacak identitasnya ini khusus dibuat Hactivismo agar para netter di negara yang menerapkan sensor internet seperti Cina dan Timur Tengah tetap bisa bebas mengakses internet. Dalam kabar yang disiarkan akhir pekan lalu, Hactivismo menyatakan bahwa software tersebut akan mereka sediakan secar gratis untuk membantu para netter yang merasa terbatasi aksesnya karena sensor yang berlaku.

Salah seorang hacker asal Jerman anggota Hactivismo, yang dikenal dengan nama samaran "Mixter" menyatakan bahwa software tersebut rencananya akan dirilis pekan depan. Dengan Software tersebut maka netter bisa lebih bebas mengakses situs yang harusnya terlarang tanpa khawatir terlacak identitas mereka yang mengaksesnya.

Selain itu software lain yang oleh Hactivismo diberi nama Camera atau Shy tersebut bekerja dengan cara memungkinkan penggunanya untuk menyembunyikan pesan yang bisa disamarkan oleh gambar atau foto. Gambar dengan pesan dibaliknya itu yang akan terkirim lewat web dan mempecundangi sensor dari pengawas internet.

Federal Trade Commission (FTC) mulai menelaah standar pelacakan situs search engine. Dari sekian banyak situs, baru Google yang dianggap satu-satunya mesin lacak yang memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan.

Akhir Juni lalu, FTC menyatakan sebagian besar mesin lacak situs web besar tidak mengungkapkan dengan gamblang tentang "deal" yang memberikan peningkatan layanan terhadap para pengiklan.

FTC membuka temuannya sebagai rekomendasi, sekaligus indikasi bisa dilakukannya penuntutan secara hukum jika mesin lacak bersangkutan tidak mengembangkan batasan yang jelas antara hasil pencarian "free-based" dan yang dihasilkan melalui formula tertentu.

Lembaga itu belum menetapkan batas waktu ketentuan itu. Yang jelas, secara teknis penerapannya dianggap sejumlah ahli tak terlalu rumit.

Untuk memperoleh respon mesin lacak, kantor berita Associated Press pernah melakukan penelitian terhadap selusin situs lacak terkemuka seperti Alltheweb, AOL, AltaVista, AskJeeves, Google, Hotbot, Looksmart, Lycos, MSN, Overture, Netscape, dan Yahoo!. Penelitian itu menemukan sedikit perubahan. Namun kesimpulannya, Google menjadi salah satu yang memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan FTC.

Tentu saja hal ini bukan barang baru buat para pengguna Google. Dua pendiri situs lacak tebersar ini, Larry Page dan Sergey Brain menyatakan situsnya berusaha terus mencegah masuknya unsur editorial.

How to access the web through their walled garden!

You can move around their shi*e lan as much as you like, but it's difficult to get out. There is a way tho, most people talk about that email gateway thing, just shows how much people are forgetting these days.
The best way, which does require two 3g handsets, but only if you want to set it up yourself, is to download a program off the net that allows you to run your own proxy server, for example 602LAN Suite. Install this, setup the proxy server to access the internet over your broadband connection, i say broadband coz if you did this on dialup you are just silly really, and then you will be running a proxy server at 0.0.0.0:8080, if port 8080 is the port you chose, and 0.0.0.0 is your computers ip address.

NOTE: at this point you need to record the ip address of the three phone you have connected to the above system, simply dialup to 3's lan as described below, but do this on the system mentioned above, hence y u need two 3 handsets, one for your desktop connected to broadband, and one for the notebook/laptop your taking with you.
How to find your ip address, if in windows xp, simply right click on the little computer flashy thingy by the clock, and slelect status, click details, and the ip you want is the one that says "Client address" NOT "server address". Make a note of this ip, as you will need to enter it in the next step.

Then its simple, with your notebook/laptop, and other 3g phone, go anywhere in the country with 3g or 2.5g signal, connect your phone to your laptop/notebook by usb cable provided with your phone, or bluetooth, and dialup to *99#, username and password is irrelavent. Then simply set your proxy settings in your browser to the details you found in the previous step.

If you have internet explorer, click tools, internet options, connections, choose your dialup connection from the list, click settings, and enter the ip address of the other 3 phone connected to your desktop at home, and the port number the proxy server is running on.

And viola, you've got unlimited free mobile internet!!!

A network consists of two or more computers that are linked in order to share resources (such as printers and CD-ROMs), exchange files, or allow electronic communications. The computers on a network may be linked through cables, telephone lines, radio waves, satellites, or infrared light beams.

Local Area Network

A Local Area Network (LAN) is a network that is confined to a relatively small area. It is generally limited to a geographic area such as a writing lab, school, or building. Rarely are LAN computers more than a mile apart.

In a typical LAN configuration, one computer is designated as the file server. It stores all of the software that controls the network, as well as the software that can be shared by the computers attached to the network. Computers connected to the file server are called workstations. The workstations can be less powerful than the file server, and they may have additional software on their hard drives. On most LANs, cables are used to connect the network interface cards in each computer. See the Topology, Cabling, and Hardware sections of this tutorial for more information on the configuration of a LAN.

Wide Area Network

Wide Area Networks (WANs) connect larger geographic areas, such as Florida, the United States, or the world. Dedicated transoceanic cabling or satellite uplinks may be used to connect this type of network.

This time we're covering a non-Pocket PC usage of Bluetooth: "How do I use my Bluetooth mobile as a GPRS modem for my laptop?". It's quite simple really. Remember, Bluetooth is just eliminating the cables, and GPRS is nothing else but another special number to dial.

This guide shows all the configurations steps needed to add a mobile phone as a Bluetooth modem to your computer, but you can use the quick guide for dial up via Bluetooth for quicker results. for other guides.

We'll show you how to use your Bluetooth GPRS mobile as a modem to access the internet on the go! In this example I'm using a computer running Windows 2000, a TDK USB Bluetooth dongle (version 1.3.2.7), and a Ericsson T39m. Some screens in your PC may be different, but the idea is the same! We assume your devices are already paired. If not, do it first, then come back here!

Also, my system did not have a modem before this procedure started. If you have a modem, use Start | Settings | Control Panel | Phone and Modem options and manually install a new modem. You can follow this article on how to do this.

First, let's open My Network Places by righ-clicking in the icon and selecting Properties.
We want to add another Connection, and to do this we just double-click the "Make New Connection" icon.

The wizard will start with a brief explanation, and we'll click the Next button.
We select the "Dial-up to the internet" option because this is what we want to do...
We select the last option because we'll manually enter the configuration for this connection.
Then we tell the Wizard we'll be using a phone line and modem (our Bluetooth mobile).
Because we don't have a modem, the Wizard will start the installation of my new modem. If you already have a modem, you want to manually install, following the explanation at the beginning of this article. If this is the case then you go down on this article, otherwise continue: next we select "Don't detect my modem.". We know we have already installed the software, so let's go to the list!
In the list you'll have to find the manufacturer and model. I'm using an Ericsson T39 Bluetooth Modem.
Because the Wizard we'll need to connect to the phone, we have to find what COM port we're using. Right-click the Bluetooth icon in the system tray and select Advanced Configuration.
Selecting the Client Applications tab we see we have the Bluetooth Serial Port on COM4. You have to be careful here: we want the Client, not the Local Service port (this one used for Activesync)!
Back to the Wizard, we then select the correct COM port.
Sometimes the driver does not have a Digital Signature. Just click Yes to continue the installation.
Ok! This is the end of this part. Now we have a new modem installed in the system.
The Wizard will then create the Connection itself. Uncheck "Use area code" because we just want to dial the GPRS code. Vodafone New Zealand uses *99#, which means to use the default GPRS configuration in the SIM Card. You may want to check with your carrier what number to use here, but it'll be *99...#. Click the Next button.
In my case Vodafone does not require these fields, again you have to check with your carrier.
Give a good name for your new connection...
And select Yes or No to setup internet e-mail (you don't need this if you already have your configuration done).
Well done. Another step finished!
To connect, just double-click the new Connection icon (you can create a shortcut in the desktop!)
You'll see the "Dialing" dialog, and notice the Bluetooth icon in the System Tray going green!
In a few seconds you should get the notification when your connection is established.
Look at "My Bluetooth Places" again and you'll see the mobile icon showing a connection is established.
Now, some clean up! Internet Explorer will set the new connection as the default one. If you start Internet Explorer it'll ask to connect. Click "Work Offline".
On Internet Explorer click Tools | Internet Options.
And on the Connections tab you can change your default connection or "Never dial a connection" if you want to use a LAN connection by default.

10. pay name.. masukkan data sesuai dengan nama pada ktp atau data yg sebenarnya baik alamat kota dan kode pos anda selengkap-lengkapnya

11. tandai persetujuan pembayaran dengan mengklik tombol disebelahnya

12. masukkan nomor telephone dan email sebagai referensi anda

13. tandai juga "persetujuan untuk tidak mengklik iklan kita sendiri pada blog" dengan mengklik tombol disebelahnya

14. "I certify that I have read the AdSense Program Policies": Klik box disebelahnya. Pastikan Anda benar-benar telah membaca Adsense Program Policies dan Adsense Terms and Conditions.

15. "I do not already have an approved AdSense account": Klik box disebelahnya.

16. Klik tombol "Submit information".

17. Setelah masuk halaman konfirmasi data Anda, ikuti langkah dibawah ini.

18. "Which best describes you": Klik lingkaran pertama jika Anda telah memiliki akun email Gmail atau klik lingkaran kedua jika Anda belum memiliki akun Gmail. Saran saya, sebelum mendaftar sebaiknya Anda membuat akun Gmail terlebih dahulu. Silahkan klik disini untuk membuat akun email dari Gmail.

19. "Would you like to use your existing Google Account for AdSense?": Jika Anda telah memiliki akun Gmail, klik lingkaran yang pertama.

20. Isikan data alamat email Gmail Anda.

21. Klik tombol "Continue".

Aplikasi pendaftaran Anda sudah terkirim. Selanjutnya tim Google Adsense akan mereview blog Anda dan akan menyampaikan email pemberitahuan diterima atau tidaknya pendaftaran Anda kurang lebih 1 hingga 2 hari setelah waktu Anda mendaftar.

haloo.. friend.. bagi kamu yang sering browsing atau pun yg sesekali buka buka email kamu. ngga ada salahnya kamu buat account di google atau di gmail (http://www.gmail.co.id) dan kamu bisa memanfaat kan fasilitas account google mail kamu untuk mendapatkan penghasilan google adsense caranya gampang koq.. ngga sulit sulit amat.. dari sini aku akan coba pandu friend2 yang masih awam sekali dengan google atau pun punya pertannyaan pertannyaan lainnya... okee....

ada pun langkah langkah sangat mudah..
1. buatlah acccount gmail http://www.gmail.com
usahakan gunakan huruf kecil semua agar lebih mudah diingat ,hati hati jangan sampai lupa dengan password yg kamu buat. setelah account dibuat format email biasanya diahiri dengan gmail contoh : tamaprinter@mail.com
2. setelah berhasil browsing ke http://www.google.co.id/intl/id/ads/ pilihlah Google AdSense untuk pencarian
1 pilih daftar sekarang.. bersambung....
